There is no specific name for this wreck, that is why this dive site is known as a “Shipwreck”. The spot is located on the West of the bay near Ambon Island. This dive site is “strawberry” of the destination loved by divers. The ship is 100m/328ft long, being a home to lots of marine creatures. The immersion starts at the depth of 35m/115ft on the bow.

When to go

Local diving season is from May throughout September. The average water temperature is 26-30C/79-86F. The rainy season starts from October and lasts until April, when the rains are unpredictable and heavy.

What to see

The wreck is overgrown with corals, sheltering moray eels, frog fish, nudibrachs and other small critters.
