Divers Heaven is a dive site located off Balicasag Island in Philippines that is characterized by a steep slope and a wall covered with soft and hard corals. This spot is not affected by dynamite fishing and therefore, preserves the beauty of the underwater life. The current varies from light to moderate. The slope is getting steeper around Cathedral in the north-west. Fauna and flora of Divers Heaven are quite diverse, bright and colorful.

When to go

The warm waters around Divers Heaven allow diving throughout the year, but the period from January through May offers better diving conditions. The average water temperature is 28-29C/82-84F, while the air ranges between 26-29C/79-84F.

What to see

The bigger species occupying the site include sea turtles, snappers, mackerel and triggerfish. It is always exciting to discover numerous nudibranches around here, fusiliers and small tropical fish, which hide between brown daisy coral and various sponges.
