Located off Cap Malheureux, The Djabeda is a 44m/144ft long and 10m/32ft high wreck of a Japanese fishing boat. Diving at this site is recommended for advanced divers only. The site is full of interesting marine creatures, including moray eels, trigger fish, stone fish, lion fish, parrot fish, leaf fish and sea slugs.

When to go

It is possible to dive Djabeda Wreck throughout the year. From October to March the air temperature stays around 30C/86F and then drops to 20C/68F during the rest of the year. Water temperature ranges from 24C/75F to 28C/82F. The depth of the site is 35m/114ft. Water visibility stays around 15m/49ft. Currents are low.
