Make sure you are fit and healthy before diving.
If you want to do a PADI Dive Course then you’ll need to fill out a PADI Health Check form. If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the questions you are advised to get medical approval from a certified dive medical doctor before you dive and bring this confirmation with you.
