Due to possible strong currents this dive site is recommended only for advanced divers. Gili Biaha covers two very good sites: Shark Cave and Biaha Slope. When entering the cave divers usually get a chance to observe several white tip reef sharks resting in the darkness.

When to go

Diving is available year round. The best conditions to dive are between May and November. The average air temperature ranges from 23C/73F to 30C/86F. The average water temperature fluctuates between 24-29C/75-84F. Currents can be strong.

What to see

There are also plenty of lobsters, lion fish, clown fish and other reef species occupying this site.
