Marsa Shagra is the ideal site to dive for divers of all levels of experience. The average depth of the site is 40 m / 131.2 ft. with visibility averaging around 10-30m/32-98ft. Marsa Shagra is a simple bay consisting of a sandy bottom which slopes between the north and the south parts of the reef to a depth of 30m/98ft. It is a great location to practice snorkeling and drift diving and to discover beautiful landscape and a variety of marine species, including reef sharks.
