Dive With Julio is owned by Julio Cen, PADI certified Divemaster guiding dive trips for several years. Julio’s friendly demeanor, knowledge of Cozumel dive sites, passion for diving and attention to safety have made him a favorite among divers making them repeat customers for many years. As a PADI certified dive instructor Julio instructs with the same passion that he has for leading divers on tours, teaching all of the PADI courses from beginners to experienced divers
