Phi Phi Islands is a group of limestone islands. Divers here can discover a variety of dive sites that suit all levels of experience. Best dive sites are considered the islands Bida Nok and Bida Nai, two small adjacent limestone karsts to the south of Phi Phi Leh, with near-vertical cliff walls rising from the sea. This place is suitable for divers of all skill levels, including beginners. A wide variety of soft corals, gorgonians, hard corals as well as bubble coral, table coral and brain coral can be found there. Other popular dive sites in the area of Phi Phi islands include Hin Duang , Hin Muang, Shark point, and King Cruiser wreck.

When to go

Phi Phi Islands offer good diving all year round. The high-season is between November and March when there no rains and the Andaman Sea is calm. The average air temperature varies from 25C/77F to 33C/91F. The water temperature ranges from 27C/81F to 30C/85F.

What to see

Caves, reefs, walls, wrecks and an abundance of marine life, including sea fans, gorgonians, hard corals, bubble coral, table coral and brain coral. A wide variety of reef fish as well as manta rays, grey reef sharks and leopard sharks and even whale sharks.
