The Playa Paraiso dive site features an interesting underwater landscape with giant volcanic boulders and overhangs. Divers will have the opportunity to explore the many nooks and crannies on the rocks and discover all the amazing marine creatures that like to hide in the cracks and holes. On the sandy bottom 25m/82ft down, they can see other marine species that like to hide in sandy burrows.

When to go

The Playa Paraiso dive site is open for diving all year round. However, the water temperature in winter can be a bit cool, 19C/66F. In summer the average water temperature rises to 24C/75F.

What to see

By exploring the many hiding places along the rock, divers will see crabs, shrimp, cuttlefish, octopus, and closer to the bottom they will see flatfish and rays.
