Maracaibo site features a reef and a wall. The wall part of the dive offers a very deep dive with a steep sloping wall, where visitors can explore amazing coral limestone structures, caverns, caves and swim throughs. When descending into open water to reach underwater terraces, divers must move quickly and stay close to the reef, otherwise they may stray from the face of the reef. The site has a decompression area.
