Samambaia a modern 2 mast schooner, made her first voyage 2015. The boat has a room dedicated to managing photo gear, that includes a camera table and charging station. For relaxation boat’s guests can stay at the shaded sundeck, or enjoy a relaxing massage. Yacht route includes all well-known dives spot of Komodo Island and Raja Ampat. It’s also comfortable that you don’t have to arrange a domestic flight when traveling to Komodo the journey will end at Bali.
Boat interior and exterior
Yacht catering to only 14 guests. There are 2 cabins with twin beds suits for sharing, two rooms with double beds and another two cabins with convertible beds that can offer either double or twin occupancy. All rooms are en-suite has air conditioning, cold and hot water, portholes and luggage areas. Samambaia provides excellent relaxation facilities a large sun deck on the upper deck with sun loungers and an onboard massage.
Diving
There is a spacious diving deck, comfortable for preparation for diving. The boat provides with DIN and Yoke tanks, nitrox is free on board.

Diving features
Boat’s itineraries include diving at Raja Ampat, Banda Sea, Komodo National Park and Alor all the best and well-known dive destination of Indonesia. Raja Ampat holds the world’s record of a number of underwater species you may see in one dive. Over 600 coral species and 200 fish species can be found here. Komodo National Park is another world’s greatest destination for diving. With its varied underwater landscapes and a great amount of species Komodo definitely worth to visit. And of course, don’t forget about famous Komodo dragons. Trekking to the mainland is also included in the trip program.
Non-diving facilities
Samambaia offers not only a great vacation for divers. If you travel along with non-divers you can enjoy kayaking or wakeboarding and snorkeling. And also boat has an onboard masseuse.
When to go
Komodo water temperature may fluctuate from 23 to 28C/73-82F. Southern dive sites are better to visit during months of December through April. Komodo's Northern waters generally provide better visibility year-round. Best time to visit Raja Ampat is from October to April.
