Thanks to a modern design, the boat is pretty spacious and has plenty of space for everybody. Varied diving destinations can be visited including Komodo, Raja Ampat, and the Banda Sea. Some Komodo trips begin or end in Bali, which means you don't have to book an extra domestic flight.

Boat Interior
The boat can welcome 20 divers max. There are eight deluxe cabins, that supplied with air conditioners and private facilities. Also, they have panoramic windows with a gorgeous view of Indonesian blue water. 2 budget rooms are convenient too, have the same facilities as deluxe, but slightly smaller. Time in between and after dives boat's passengers can spend in the salon. It is comfortable for chatting with other passengers, here you can enjoy the movie or use boats library that has a full range of marine life books. Also, the liveaboard II has open-air areas. It is perfect to relax in the sun, watch the sunset, or read a book on one of the sun loungers.

Dive Deck

The liveaboard equipped with necessary safety equipment, a first aid kit, life vests, emergency rafts. The crew team is trained to manage emergency situations.

Itinerary
These itineraries are the top routes for diving in Indonesia. The variety of fish and corals in Raja Ampat, can’t leave anyone indifferent. Sharks and such extraordinary creatures as wobbegongs can be seen while diving here as well. It is also known for its high chances of meeting big mantas. Komodo National Park is, first of all, an amazing variety of underwater landscapes. Explore coral walls and pinnacles, mounts, and reefs. Also, this natural reserve is a true paradise for macro diving. Nudibranchs and blue-ringed octopus can be seen here. The Banda Sea is a well-known destination in Indonesia for a chance to meet big pelagic fish.

When to Go
Komodo National Park is best to see between April and August. Although diving is good here all year round. As for Raja Ampat, diving conditions are the best from October till the end of April

Excellent diving and food offsets small cabin inconveniences Verified review
I enjoyed the Komodo dive trip on the Mermaid II. Most of the dives were 60min or longer, with abundant marine life and vibrant corals. I thoroughly enjoyed most buffet dishes served on board, with a good variety of fruits and snacks. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The cabin size is a bit small, especially given the high price of the trip.

Best diving and one of the best liveaboard's ever!!!Verified review
This is one of our best dive liveaboard's ever. The organisation is great, super briefings with excellent presentations on the dive sites, great dive sites, particularly in the National Park. Copies of all briefings available on USB!! A couple of shore trips, one to see the dragons. The crew are amazing, super helpful in getting set up or after a dive helping to get wet suits off. NITROX quality always spot on 32%. Guides are experienced on the sites and felt super safe the whole time. Food was amazing with all meals with fruit every meal and fresh vegetables at lunch and dinner. Again service in the dinning room superb. The dive sites in the NP are excellent, Castle Rock totally immersed in fish with sharks, giant Trevellies and Napoleon. Manta Alley big groups of Manta and up close. Corals in very good condition. Sites outside the NP still with good fish but some with damage due to dynamite fishing but recovering. Cabins a bit small but with 4 dives a day not a lot of time spent in the cabins. Would we do it again? Already discussing it!!! Ing the manager and Angela our guide get special mention.
