Tempest, Egypt

Boat Interior

Tempest have 6 cabins, equipped with twin beds, that can be shared. All are placed on the lower deck. Cabins are air-conditioned and en-suite. Boats salon is spacious, here divers and their fellow travelers can relax after diving, watch TV, enjoy chatting with each other. It is also combined with dining area. If you want to get some tan or enjoy a marin view, you can spend time on the sun deck. It is furnitured and has shaded part.

Dive Deck

On the dive deck of Tempest dives will find boxes for the gear, a Nitrox membrane for divers with EANx certification. It is big enough for all divers on board to be comfortable during the preparation for the dive and maintaining their equipment.

Safety

Tempest Liveaboard equipped with necessary items to ensure safety: life jackets, an emergency raft, fire fighting equipment and first aid kit.

Itinerary

Tempest’ itineraries include diving on wrecks and reefs of Red Sea. During the trip, you will be visiting famous Thislegorm and Abu Nuhas. Thislegorm is  a sunken ship that was sunken in 1945. This cargo ship was transporting guns and equipment and get shot on the way to Suez. Divers can still see tractors, tanks, and motorcycles on it board covered with corals. Another famous diving destination for divers that included in Tempest itinerary is Abu Nuhas. It consists of five ships that sunken in a different time and lies on a different depth. Tempest also offers to visit Tiran. This reef system consists of Jackson Reef, Woodhouse Reef, Thomas Reef, Gordon Reef and it attracts lots of fish including hammerhead sharks.

When to go

Diving in Egypt is available during all year. High season begins in April and lasts until June and then from August till December.
